Участок под строительство здания располагается в самом центре Комсомольска-на-Амуре, в
непосредственной близости от Храма в честь Казанской иконы Божьей матери. Такой
градостроительный и архитектурный контекст стал основополагающим в разработке обьемно-
планировочного решения. На спокойный прямоугольный план 1-го этажа наложен план 2 и 3 этажа
повернутый относительно центральной оси под углом 15 градусов. Этот прием позволил позволил
получить на всех фасадах консольные прямоугольные призмы сплошного остекления, которые
формируют запоминающийся, оригинальный образ здания. Выверенный по высоте и
расположению обьем не спорит с Храмом , который отражаясь в панорамном остеклении создает
интересный визуальный эффект.
