Создание единого центра обучения для будущих спортсменов, объединяющего тренерский штаб, техническое обслуживание и зоны для инструктажа. Наши усилия были сфокусированы на функциональном зонировании двухэтажного здания, предоставляющего просторные, хорошо освещенные помещения. Архитектурное оформление здания стилизовано под различные летательные аппараты с острыми углами, чтобы создать общее визуальное впечатление.

Размеры в осях: 62,0х17,0 м.. Общая площадь здания 1083,02 кв.м.
Проектируемое здание состоит из следующих конструкций:
- фундамент - буронабивные сваи, монолитный ленточный ростверк;
- стены наружные - навесные сборные сэндвич-панели "PIRPANEL C",утеплитель: минвата. Облицовка - навесные алюминиевые композитные панели "КраспанКомпозит AL";
- кровля - скатная, покрытие - кровельные сэндвич-панели "PIRPANEL К", коэффициент теплопроводности 0,024Вт/м°С, t=120мм. Водосток - наружный, организованный;
- перегородки - из ГВЛ марок С361 и С362 системы "Кнауф";
- потолки - из ГВЛ марки П131 (231) системы "Кнауф";
- витражи - из алюминиевого профиля;
- дверные блоки наружные - из алюминиевого профиля;
- дверные блоки внутренние - из профиля ПВХ;
- ворота - подъемно-секционные по ГОСТ 31174-2003;
- покрытие полов - керамогранитная плитка, бетонные;
- крыльца и пандусы выполнены уклоном рельефа;
- отмостка - шириной 1,0м с уклоном 0,02%;
